We want you to feel confident in our coaching. If you enroll in our 8-Week Routine Design Program and it doesn't feel like the right fit, we offer a full refund within 7 days of enrollment — no questions asked.

2. Refund Eligibility

8-Week Program: Eligible for refund within 7 calendar days of payment. After 7 days, no refunds are available.

Monthly Habit Accountability: Eligible for cancellation with 7 days' notice. You will not be charged for the next billing period, but no refunds for the current period are available.

Free Discovery Calls: No refund applicable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@radiantmmfauna.world within 7 days of your original purchase with:

  • Your full name and email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Brief reason for the refund request

We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Processing Timeline

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, but your financial institution may take an additional 3–5 business days to process.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

  • Digital materials or resources already provided or downloaded
  • Services rendered after the 7-day refund window
  • Monthly subscriptions after the current billing cycle has begun

6. Coaching Program Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly coaching subscription at any time by emailing info@radiantmmfauna.world. Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period, but refunds for the current period are not available.

7. Return of Materials

If you return materials for a refund (within the 7-day window), we may request you return any physical materials provided. Digital materials do not need to be returned.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at info@radiantmmfauna.world. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes fairly.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Changes take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
